Thinking of the different web3 social ecosystems as competitors today, is often the wrong mental model.
It’s like comparing YouTube and Twitter in 2007.
Yes, they’re both “social media”, but they were solving different pain points and building entirely different experiences.
Today both are winners and continuing to meet very different user needs.

Sometimes, I use Excalidraw because the average "builder" like its aesthetics. I mainly create UMLs via LLMs. Draw io is a nice alternative if you know how to diagram.
I use any open source document generator via any cozy language given the project. Gitbook etc. are, too, alright.
The good thing is if you are a head of growth on another project, you learn a lot to apply to your personal enterprises.
Sometimes, founders need to learn how to act lone ranger is all. Bored? Get a job on a promising project all the whilst you are building.
Onchain? Well, I am especially doing due diligence on Base, Solana and some modular networks utilizing all. Digging in based rollups since the winter, too.

If I were to sit down tomorrow with a group of local business leaders in Kansas City to extol the virtues of web3, what’s the product stack that they could begin implementing tomorrow?
How would each be 10x better than their current solution?
If I can build confidence in an answer, then I’ll make it happen.
Today, the answer isn’t clear.
